Today was the due date for Expressions of Interest for Madison, Proactive Portfolios and WealthPortal. Due to the number of interested parties, the Information Memorandum has not yet been distributed. We are working with Seaview Consulting to finalise the document. It will only be provided to companies who have executed the Non-Disclosure Agreement and are suitable candidates.

You may have seen a few articles released today. These are attached for your reference (if you feel like reading them).
