Sale Process
Today the Adviser panel met with Bob and feedback from the group was positive. They are currently constructing questions to be posed to potential buyers. If you have not already done so please send questions to adviserservices@madisonfg.com.au.
Fee Discussions
We have received a few emails post the MLC Licensees’ fee support announcement. We are considering ways to continue to support you during this time of uncertainty and your needs to work remotely. We are currently doing some analysis with PwC to look at our options to assist.
As you are aware, we are within a sale process that is close to being finalised. The data room has opened and includes our financial position. Any proposed support is likely to require engagement with potential bidders.
This means we are not in a position to make decisions in isolation that have a significant effect on our operating environment including our AFSL obligations, as well as our sales process.
We have shared this with Bob so he can raise this in his discussions with potential buyers.

Madison team would also like to share some sad news. Annick’s father passed away late yesterday, so she will be managing personal affairs with her family over the next few days.
