Commercial in confidence

As I mentioned on Friday, final bids have been received. Today, Bob and his team have spent time reviewing the bids and supporting information. There are a few clarifications required and over the next few days, we expect a preferred bidder will be determined. Term sheets have been drafted and other legal documentation is being prepared to enable a seamless transition once the sale terms are agreed.

You may have seen the article in Money Management today regarding the sale. To date, our community has been able to maintain the confidentiality surrounding this process. We would appreciate your continued support and understanding with respect to the commercial sensitivity of this situation. Our aim is to ensure we achieve a good result for our community.  I will continue to provide daily updates, sharing information that is available at the point in time.
