Madison Update – 4 May

Hope everyone had a relaxing weekend. Further to my note on Friday confirming there is a preferred bidder selected. As you can appreciate, contract negotiations may take some time. Therefore, respecting that both parties have ASX continuous disclosure obligations, I can’t share the name of the bidder until I have permission. I appreciate this may be frustrating for you. Both parties (PwC/OneVue & the bidder) want to see a reasonably swift conclusion to this stage of the process, and I know they are taking steps to achieve the desired outcome.

In the meantime, these updates may sound a little repetitive for a few days.  Any information that can be shared will be provided in this communication or via the weekly Wednesday teleconference.

Until there is an official announcement to make, we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
