Commercial in confidence

Based on the emails I’ve received post our newsletter yesterday, it seems like you’ve all had a big week.  I  imagine as we transition from self-isolation to “sort of” isolation (dependent upon the State you live in), you are in different states of euphoria!

I understand the ‘silence is deafening’ as we wait for more information on the contract negotiation.  We all want to get on with the next evolution of Madison and do the things we know will support our future success.  I don’t have anything material to report other than I’ve been assured the aim is to achieve the best possible outcome for all involved.

As I mentioned to those who joined drinks this afternoon (it was nice to see a few new faces and go on a ‘travelling’  session with Viv James!), we (Madison) have handled everything that has unfolded incredibly well.  We have managed to remain true to our values and upheld the reputation of being a professional and connected community.  Please don’t lose sight of this – it’s unique and our secret sauce.
