Thank you to those who joined the teleconference. Whilst there are no updates to provide, I mentioned our key focus is minimal disruption when we transition to a new owner. Work is underway to create the migration plan of all required records, systems and resources. When we get closer to an outcome, we will share the transition plan with you so you know what to expect.

I’ve mentioned that I would like to catch up with each Principal/s for a 30 minute meeting.  In this meeting, I’d like you to consider this question for us to discuss.

In 12 months’ what does success look like for you?

When I’m working with practices and ask this question, I ask the Principal to imagine what their world looks like in a year and with this in mind, consider the following;
