Madison Transition Plan – 9 June
Hope you managed to take advantage of the long weekend (for the States that had the Public Holiday), taking time out from work before the June 30 onslaught.
The transition plan is well underway and we’ve been working with PwC and Clime to ensure we manage the process and required timelines carefully. When a change of ownership occurs, ASIC require that all disclosures be updated within 30 days of the contract settlement. The settlement date is approx Friday 12 June (subject to meeting certain conditions in the contract). You do not need to action any advice or document changes until we notify you.
A timeline of actions and support services are available on the Adviser Portal. We have created a specific reference page for the transition (see link below and ensure you are logged in to the Portal).
Please take the time to understand the requirements and support services. All information will reside in the ‘Madison Transition Plan’ page and will be updated regularly. Every time we add something new, you will be notified.
