Rod and I had a good discussion about the Investment Solutions for Madison and how we better support the practices. There’s are various options and service models to consider before any decision is made.
Andrea will continue to provide investment updates and responses to your requests whilst we consider the next stage of our service model.
The internal requirements of our transition continue, the Clime team has spent the last two days working with Jaime and I to understand our operational processes. They’ve been generous with their time and shown genuine interest, asking great questions.
I spent most of the morning speaking to Principals, and hearing more great stories. Andrew Keay has a wonderful story about a client who needed advice about moving to an aged care facility. He helped her move into the home and stayed with her to assist with the admittance paperwork. If you haven’t spent time with Andrew and heard his stories, you should! Personally speaking, Andrew helped me in the stages before my father passed away, and we thought he was going to a nursing home. Speaking to Andrew made all the anxiety go away.
I had similar great conversations with Phil Henderson, Ironbark, Michelle Summers, HB Financial, Paul Beauchamp & the BeauLife team. I’ve learned a lot, and have identified some great opportunities.
