By now the Principles of each practice will have received their FSG for review and approval. This new combined FSG is designed to simplify the documentation you provide to your clients. Once we have your final version approved, we will provide the template in Canva so your business can produce branded copies of the FSG.
The new wording and disclosures for the advice documentation will be available in our xplan site on 13 July. Word versions will also be provided. If you are providing advice to clients in this transition period and unsure of your requirements, information is provided on the transition page of the Adviser Portal. If you have any other questions, please send them through to be added to the portal as an ongoing resource.
Today we close the Financial Year for 2020. This has been a challenging and unprecedented year. I hope you take time to acknowledge all you’ve achieved under these circumstances and the rapid changes you’ve had to make to adapt. Some of these changes have triggered new ways to communicate, helped reassess priorities and in particular, where and who you spend your time with. In uncertain times, there is always opportunity.
Congratulations on closing this financial year. The Madison community commences FY21 with a strong and committed owner. And therein lies the opportunity.
