Madison Transition Update – 9 July
The advice documents will be updated with new disclosures and corporate details this coming weekend. Opex have been working through our advice library to ensure these changes are live for use on Monday 13 July.
Please do not produce any advice documents in Xplan from close of business Friday 10 July (5pm) until Monday 13 July (9am).
We will be conducting a series of tests over the weekend to ensure the new documentation accurately reflects the changes made. A communication will be sent first thing Monday confirming documentation is ready for use.
We will also provide updated word versions of our advice pack in the Adviser Portal for Monday morning.
If you have any questions or are having trouble accessing the Adviser Portal, have not received your Canva invite or Practice FSG as yet, please email adviserservices@madisonfg.com.au
