We can now confirm that as of this morning we have gone live with the changes in our transition plan.

• The Advice documents in XPlan have been updated with new disclosures and address changes
• Word versions of our Advice documents will be available in the Adviser Portal today.
• We have updated ASIC to reflect the changes.
• The new FSG is now in effect – the latest version is available in Canva under ‘Designs’ for your final review. We have been made aware that a number of practices are unable to amend the branding for their FSG on CANVA. In order to enable this for all practices, we will be locking the FSGs from edit until 1pm today. In the meantime, please review your practice FSG and email advice@madisonfg.com.au if changes are required to be made to the text.If you are seeing a client before 1pm today and need a copy of your FSG for the meeting, please contact adviserservices@madisonfg.com.au and we will forward you a copy.

The ROA feature on the BT website is currently in the process of being updated by BT, it will no be available until this has been updated.

Please ensure you update all instances of where the Madison street address appears in your documention to Level 12, 20 Hunter Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000
