Thank you for your feedback and working with us to get your FSGs approved via CANVA. We’ve prepared a CANVA user guide, which contains screenshots of the process for approval.

As per our update yesterday, the below is now completed:

• Advice documents in Xplan updated with new disclosures and address changes
• Addendum letters for advice given during the transition period in Xplan
• Word versions of our Advice documents with the new disclosures and address change (as well as the Addendum letters) are available in the Adviser Portal
• The ROA wizard on the BT website is currently being updated, we will advise once this is available
• Updated related party text in Xplan for WealthPortal and Proactive Portfolio recommendations
• Notification to ASIC re change in Directors and Officers, controlling entity and Madison’s address
• The new practice based FSG has replaced the FSG part 1 and Adviser Profiles. The form FSG part 1 and Adviser Profiles are no longer current and must not be issued to clients.

If you provide your FSG on your practice website, please ensure it is updated with the new version. In addition, any documentation where you include the Madison address must be updated with our address change Level 12, 20 Hunter Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000 (and submitted to the Governance team via email or CANVA for approval prior to issue).

Madison Transition Plan

We have changed the dates for the upcoming Good Governance Summit to avoid conflicts with the FASEA exam week and QLD public holidays. Our agenda will remain the same but the new dates are:

Day 1 – Wednesday 12 August
Day 2 – Wednesday 19 August
Day 3 – Thursday 20 August
