Key Dates In Xplan

As part of Good Governance we discussed the need for practices to be capturing the Key Dates for clients in XPlan. One of the efficiencies that will be gained will be the full automation of the FDS and renewal notices individually and in bulk. You can input this information under Service > Client Reporting/Key Dates as well as Service > Reviews. Furthermore, you are able to run a report from XPlan from Admin > Integration > Xport > Key Dates to ensure that these fields in XPlan have the required data.
