M- Wrap migration to Panorama

Tranche 3 migration is currently planned for the weekend of 22-23 May 2021.

The full list of badges that are set to migrate can be found here noting that M-Wrap will be included in this tranche.

In the coming weeks, BT will send each migrating client a ‘Migration Notice’, also known as a ‘Significant Event Notice’ (SEN), which outlines the key changes to their account including any changes to fees.

You will be sent a sample copy of a typical Migration Notice in advance of the SENs being sent, so you can prepare for any inbound queries.

As BT move closer to tranche 3 of migration there will be additional reminder notices. View the proposed key dates calendar for tranche 3.
