I am very pleased to announce that our team is growing. Jason Gapps will be joining as National Practice Manager on Monday 19^th July and will working closely with Sophie and the wider team. In the coming weeks Jason will be introduced to the panel of practices he will be working closely within Madison. Good Governance was going to bring a timely opportunity to introduce him to the group very quickly but for now you will meet him via zoom before coming to visit you in your practices. Lets keep all our fingers crossed we are together for our conference in Kingscliff.

Jason has over 18 years of experience within financial services and financial planning, including being a client of financial advisers for over 10 years.

His roles within financial services / planning include: business development, practice development, Head of Advice, Acting CEO (Licensee) & as an authorised representative / financial adviser.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from Newcastle University, as well as a Diploma in Financial Services. In addition, he has completed specialist short courses in Business Coaching, Taxation for Financial Advising (Kaplan), SMSF Advice (Kaplan), Ethics for Financial Services (Deakin University), Direct Equities Advice & the FASEA Exam.
