One of the key obligations under Best Interest and the Safe harbour steps is for advisers to demonstrate they have “conducted a reasonable investigation into the financial products that might achieve the objectives and meet the needs of the client that would reasonably be considered as relevant to advice on that subject matter.” In this session, Neil Sparks, National Manager SMSF Strategy from the BT Technical team will analyse the various considerations when it comes to assessing superannuation funds with a specific focus on the impact of tax on Superannuation benefits. This webinar will be accredited with CPD by the FPA.
