Given the focus of the media on China over recent weeks, while still acknowledging a range of outcomes concerning the escalating Evergrande issue, we see the situation as an acute domestic concern in China. However, with global context, it appears manageable and thus looks to be a workout scenario.

Madison APL Updates
We have recently made several changes to the APL. See the additions/upgrades in the table below.
Further to the above table, we have introduced an ESG filter to the APL. This filter is based on the Mercer ESG ratings. The investments captured within this filter are by no means the only ESG focused options available but can provide a good starting point. We will be making additional enhancements to the APL overtime to make it easier to search. You can find out more about the ESG rating filter in our “Adviser’s Guide to Socially Responsible Investing” which we will be circulating shortly along with a quick video.
