Conference Details

  • When: 11th – 13th October
  • Where: Gibraltar Hotel, 7 Boronia Street, Bowral New South Wales 2576
  • Time: Conference opens 2:30pm and will finish with Gala Dinner on Friday night.
  • Transfers: Sydney Airport to Bowral Hotel – Wednesday 11th Oct departing 11:30am arriving 1:00pm. Bowral to Sydney Airport – Saturday 14th Oct departing 8:30am arriving 10:00am. If you require transfers to enable attendance at the golf morning or the Tuesday Adviser Council meeting and Education Partners dinner, please email events@madisonfg.com.au before 12th September.

  • What is the cost for the conference?

Advisers/Principals – Free for all sessions including welcome drinks and gala dinner

Support staff – $800 including all sessions, welcome drinks and gala dinner

Spouse/partner – $85 for welcome drinks and $200 for gala dinner

Golf classic – $54.26 per player (including booking fees + catering). To hire a cart, there is an added cost of $25.13 (including booking fees).

Accommodation – at own expense

 

  • What if I am a support staff member and not attending the gala dinner?

Please use the discount code SSNOGALA to apply for a $200 discount to your registration.

  • How do I get there?

Bowral is about 1h 45 min drive from Sydney CBD and about 1h 30 min from the airport. There is ample parking available at the Gibraltar Hotel.

For those requiring transfers Sydney Airport to Bowral Hotel – Wednesday 11th Oct departing 11:30am arriving 1:00pm. Bowral to Sydney Airport – Saturday 14th Oct departing 8:30am arriving 10:00am. If you require transfers to enable attendance at the golf morning or the Tuesday Adviser Council meeting and Education Partners dinner, please email events@madisonfg.com.au before 12th September. If you require transfers to and from Sydney Airport and CBD, please let us know by selecting the box within your registration or by emailing events@madisonfg.com.au.

What can we do on the free night?

There are a variety of places to eat close to the hotel however please keep in mind that it is a country town and will be dark so an uber or taxi may be required if you don’t have a car. We have collated some local favourites including places to eat, places to stay and things to see and do. Please be aware that there is NO ROOM SERVICE available at the hotel however there is a restaurant onsite – booking would be advised.

What do I wear to the Gala dinner?

The Gala dinner dress code is cocktail attire and will include pre-dining drinks in the Gallery before we make our way into the Grand Ballroom. This night will feature a sit-down dinner, live entertainment and plenty of room for dancing.
