Since we last spoke, Sargon have appointed Stewart McCallum and Adam Nikitins from Ernst & Young as Voluntary Administrators over a number of group entities. The Voluntary Administration relates to the holding companies that sit between Sargon Capital, and its operating entities. The Voluntary Administrators will now take control of these holding companies.

Importantly, it does not relate to the companies responsible for the trustee and regulated businesses, including Madison Financial Group, so it does not affect the services we provide to you. Madison is not in voluntary administration or administration or receivership of any kind and will continue to operate.

The pay run for today has been processed as normal.
