Yesterday, PwC were appointed as the Receiver to Madison’s holding company, SC Holdings Australian 1 Pty Ltd. This appointment is not to Madison or the AFSL. I have met with PwC today to discuss their requirements and confirm that responsibility for the day to day operation of Madison, including our AFSL, remains with myself and the team.

Our priority remains unchanged – to meet our AFSL obligations and ensuring we continue to support your business.

Many of you have asked questions regarding revenue payments to practices as per the standard Madison cycle. There is no impact to these payments as a result of the appointment of the Receiver. These payments will continue as per the existing payment schedule.
