Madison Transition Update – 19 June

As we wrap up the week, I’d thought it would be good to outline some of the progress made behind the scenes between Clime and Madison in preparation for the transition.
1. Preparation of data migration to support the new Head office CRM – we will be using Salesforce for our database of client records and Clime have provided a dedicated resource to help our team.
2. Initiated a review of our Investment Services. Rod has scheduled a meeting with Andrea, Adrian Ezquerro (Head of Investment, Clime) and I to get a clear understanding of what we provide and what we need.
3. A full review of FSG data to ensure we have the new format ready for you to approve the first draft in preparation for the move to Clime.
There have been numerous, insightful conversations with many of you. This has been the most enjoyable part of my week (and I’ve had a good week!). Early next week, we expect the final part of the contract conditions to settle. In the meantime, we’ll keep planning for our future.
