Madison Transition Update – 29 June

Now the sale has been executed, we move to the regulatory and logistics part of the transition plan. The first of which is your new combined Financial Services Guide (FSG). This afternoon/evening you will receive via email from advice@madisonfg.com.au with a draft version of your FSG for review and approval. Included in the email is a link to a Google form where you can list any changes or amendments post your review. Please ensure you accurately review the FSG, and complete any changes on the Google form so we have a record. If there are no changes required, there is a field on the form to note accordingly.
As we receive your approval, we will update and load into Canva where you will be able to brand your FSG. Our aim is to roll all FSG’s by 13 July 2020.
In addition, the new disclosures and wording for the Advice documentation will be ready in our xplan site by the same date.
All information will be updated tomorrow in the Transition page of the Adviser Portal for reference.
As part of our transition over to the new system, we have set up a new webinar for our weekly Wednesday update at 11am. Please ensure you click on the below link to register and receive the new webinar link.
We will provide details on how this will be reflected within Kaplan Ontrack over the coming weeks.
