Madison Update – 15 May

Another week closes and it appears for some States, there will be an easing  into reconnecting with the human race.  It’s good to see people out and about (at an appropriate social distance!).  I know our kids are happy to be back at school with their friends (a very weird thing to be writing…).

I had a quick conversation with Bob about the sale and he tells me discussions are progressing with good input from all parties.  Being generally optimistic, I see this as a positive sign and a good way to end the week.

Thank you to everyone who has booked a meeting with me.  If you haven’t booked as yet, and intend to, I’d appreciate if you would choose your appointment  before the end of next week.  I’d like to plan my diary for the impending transition and ensure we are ready to go when contracts are executed.

Catch up with Annick

I’ve mentioned that I would like to catch up with each Principal/s for a 30 minute meeting. In this meeting, I’d like you to consider this question for us to discuss.

In 12 months’ what does success look like for you?

When I’m working with practices and ask this question, I ask the Principal to imagine what their world looks like in a year and with this in mind, consider the following;

  1. In what ways will you be thinking differently?
  2. How will you/your team/your clients feel about the change/new strategy/goal?
  3. What things will you/your business be doing differently? Alternatively, how will you be doing it?
To choose a time that suits you, please click on “Catch-up with Annick” and book an appointment.  Please note: Practices with more than one Principal, I would appreciate an appointment with all of you at once. I understand this may not be possible. However, if it is, when booking your appointment, add a note letting Bethany know there will be more than one of you and we will allow for extra time. All meetings will be virtual.  Bethany will provide meeting details once your appointment is confirmed.  I am really looking forward to the conversations.
