Our meeting with the second interested party was productive and informative.  Most of the questions were about the documents we have provided in the data room and procedural in nature. These were easy to respond to and well received.  The Adviser Panel meeting was directly post the Leadership team session and I’m sure you’ll receive an update of their experience in the next day or so.

As we are getting closer to final bids and terms, additional questions and information is being requested on a daily basis.  Bob and his team have been great support, helping us navigate the process.  We’re getting close to the end of the due diligence.  The next stage will be discussing terms and transition details.   I’ll put together a revised timeline and send it out on Monday.  Thank you again for the patience and faith you place in us.  We value it greatly.
