Commercial in confidence

Further to last night’s update, discussions regarding the sale continue to progress positively.  The team at PwC have informed me that the respective legal teams will be working over the weekend to reach a conclusion.

I feel we are closing this week in a positive way.  PwC, Bob Neill, OneVue and the acquiring company have spent every day working through contract terms, issues and final requirements.  I’m aware, at times these conversations have been challenging.  However, keeping front of mind the end objective – a good home for the Madison Community has been a primary anchor in the negotiations. It is my belief that once all is settled, we will be in the right environment, supported by a professional parent company, led by an exceptional CEO.

This morning I was speaking to Alex Ilievski, Sydney Wealth Partners, sharing a few reflections from the Principal conversations I’ve had in the last two weeks.  It occurred to me,  I would happily refer to all.  I can’t remember the last time I was confident to say (or think) this about a dealer group community.  It made me smile.
