We’re at the pointy end of the sale process. The three bidders are conducting a thorough review of our business, and over the coming days will be raising questions and conducting meetings. The first of these meetings is between the Madison Leadership Team and one of the final three. This meeting is scheduled for tomorrow at 1pm. We have been asked to describe ‘in our own words’ the opportunities and challenges for Madison.
Thank you to those who have sent questions for the Adviser Panel. The Panel has compiled the questions for each potential buyer. Their first meeting to raise and discuss your questions is scheduled for Wednesday at 3pm. During these meetings, the buyers will also take the opportunity to ask questions about our community.
