Madison is in the process of renewing our PI Insurance Policy. A requirement of PI renewal is to inform our PI Insurer of any known facts and circumstances that may give rise to a claim. It is a requirement of your authorisation with Madison to notifying us of any potential claim within 5 business days and it is especially important to do so now. If you do not notify Madison of any potential claim during the renewal process, it may impact both our ability to obtain appropriate PI Insurance for our licence and whether PI Insurance cover is available for any specific claim.
