Ongoing Service Agreements – legislation changes tabled with Parliament:
As you may be aware, the long-awaited legislation for annual client consent for ongoing advice fees was tabled in Parliament earlier this month. Whilst it is not legislation yet, the changes are scheduled to take effect 1 July 2021. We expect more information to come early in the New Year, and will be hosting a webinar once more information is available.
